DESCRIPTION:Put on your best Derby hat and join us at our first ever Off to the Races event!  A Kentucky Derby–style benefit supporting Cool Kids Clubhouse and the children and families we serve across North and South Carolina. \nSeating is very limited so don’t wait\, grab your tickets here today!  Purchase Tickets \nProceeds from this event help fund the heart of our mission: providing social\, emotional\, and academic support for kids living with a cancer diagnosis\, at no cost to their families. Your support fuels Smile Celebrations that honor milestones and moments of joy\, in-person and online tutoring to help kids keep up academically during treatment\, outdoor education experiences that help our kids feel alive and encouraged\, and programs like Mom’s Connect that offer community and support to caregivers walking this journey. Just like the Derby\, this day is about tradition\, connection\, and heart — and every gift helps ensure our Cool Kids and their families don’t have to face cancer alone.

Foothills Marine is donating $10 per fish weighed in directly to Cool Kids Clubhouse!  Earn up to $50 per boat for the Coolest Kids fighting cancer by simply bringing your fish to the scales!  *Up to $2\,500 \n2. Foothills Marine is offering a $500 bonus for the top placing team in a boat purchased from Foothills Marine!  *Any boat purchased from Foothills Marine qualifies regardless of year\, make or model.  Must be registered to the boater\, and boater much be able to produce bill of sale. \n3. Boat Contingency Prizes: Boat division ($120 Entry Fee) with a guaranteed $2\,000 for 1st place again this year! This is NOT a public event.** \nKick off our Outdoor Learning Series with an unforgettable morning by the water during our 2nd Annual Bass Fishing Tournament! Join us on May 9th from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Blythe Landing for a fun-filled fishing experience designed for all skill levels. \nEnjoy shoreline fishing or take part in optional guided boat fishing in small groups to get out on the water and learn new techniques!
